4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real-time.
6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, the courier may reattempt delivery or return the parcel to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items so we can assist you promptly.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Domlumy is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. International Shipping (Optional – include only if you ship abroad)
Currently, Domlumy ships within Pakistan only. International shipping will be introduced soon.
